CLASS POLICIES

Refund & Transfer Policy

• All class purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Class transfers are permitted only if Center staff are contacted prior to the start of the scheduled class.

• Class series are non-transferable. Individuals purchasing a series should plan to attend all scheduled sessions.

• Single-class transfers: Students may request one transfer per month to the same class within the same calendar month.

• Transfer requests must be made before the final class of the month. Transfers cannot be accommodated if all remaining classes for the month are fully booked.

Attendance & Punctuality

• Classes begin promptly at the scheduled time with a structured warm-up to ensure safety.

• Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be permitted to join class.

• For class series, students may purchase the full series up to 10 minutes after the first class begins.

• Consistent attendance supports your progress and the collective experience of the group.

Class Safety Procedures

To maintain a safe and organized environment for all participants:

• Studio occupancy will not exceed the capacity limits set by Red Clay Dance Company.

• Only registered participants may enter the studio space during class time.

• Restroom facilities are limited to one person at a time.

• Red Clay Dance Company reserves the right to dismiss anyone whose behavior compromises the safety or respect of others.

Lost & Found

• Red Clay Dance Company is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Any found items should be turned in to the front desk.

Parking

• Free street parking is available on 63rd Street and surrounding side streets all day.
