Questions Before You Book?

  • At Red Clay Dance, taking class means more than learning choreography—it means choosing to train with purpose, power, and presence.

Our adult classes are rooted in dances of the African Diaspora and infused with contemporary technique, offering a space where art meets activism, and movement becomes a tool for liberation.

Across all styles and levels, our teaching is guided by three core principles:

    • Core Work – building strength, stability, and a sense of internal power

    • Footwork – grounding in rhythm, precision, and cultural tradition

    • Polyrhythms & Pelvic Liberation – unlocking freedom, joy, and ancestral memory through the body

Whether you're new to dance or returning with years of experience, you're joining a community of movers who train not just for performance—but for transformation.
