Ngozi Mokwunye

Ngozi Mokwunye began her dance training at Dancers Edge in Kernersville, NC. For ten years, she trained as a competitive dancer and participated in summer intensives at prestigious institutions such as the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, LINES Ballet, and Joffrey Jazz & Contemporary. Ngozi earned her B.F.A. in Dance from NYU Tisch School of the Arts in May 2025. She has worked with renowned artists including Bebe Miller, Kyle Marshall, Ronald K. Brown, and David Dorfman. In addition to performing, Ngozi is passionate about teaching, choreographing, and pursuing a career in arts administration. She is thrilled to join Red Clay for its 17th season!
