All sales made through the Red Clay Dance Company website are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any products or services once the transaction is complete, except in the case of defective physical merchandise as outlined below.

2. Digital Products & Services

  • No Refunds: All digital purchases, including class registrations, digital downloads, virtual and in-person event access, are non-refundable.

  • Access Policy: Once digital content is delivered or access is granted, the sale is considered complete.

  • Class Cancellations: For policies regarding rescheduling or transferring live class credits, please refer to our Class Policies.

3. Physical Merchandise Exchanges

We offer exchanges for physical merchandise (e.g., apparel) that is unworn, unused, and in its original condition if the item does not fit properly.

  • Timeline: Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

  • Availability: All exchanges are subject to current item availability. If a replacement is not available, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

  • Non-Exchangeable Items: The following items are strictly ineligible for exchange:

    • Worn, washed, or damaged merchandise.

    • Items missing original tags or packaging.

    • Final sale or clearance items.

4. Exchange Process

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and the specific reason for the exchange.

  3. Approval: If approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.

  4. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange.

5. Shipping & Damaged Items

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

  • Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at info@redclaydance.com to receive a prepaid return label and a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Red Clay Dance Company reserves the right to withdraw any image or data from the site or modify these policies at any time. We assume no liability for errors or omissions in site content.
