Join Red Clay Dance Company for the 2026 Summer Intensive Showcase, a culminating performance celebrating two weeks of training, creative process, and artistic growth.

Centered around this year’s theme, Echoes of the Diaspora, the showcase features excerpts of Love Letters to Chi-IL, choreographed by Founder and Artistic Director Vershawn Sanders-Ward, original choreographic works by Alex Kinard and Janiya Pearson, and performances by two Making The Artivist® apprentices alongside dancers participating in this year’s Summer Intensive.

This one-hour presentation offers audiences a glimpse into the process, discipline, and creativity developed inside the Summer Intensive experience.
